Cleveland Beer Week is Back!

by Renee on September 10, 2013

CBW_Logo_New Dates_010913It’s nearly time for the fifth annual Cleveland Beer Week…which is once again a week PLUS two days! Bonus! It runs from October 18-26th, and you’ll find hundreds of events to pick and choose from–including keg tappings, brew dinners, beer sipping at bars and grocery stores across Cuyahoga County, and of course BREWzilla: A Monster of a Beer Tasting and several other flagship celebrations!

This not-for-profit event is programmed to raise awareness of the craft beer industry and the rich brewing history of Ohio. All the flagship events raise money for the Jimmy Malone Scholarship Fund. From the Collaboration Kick-Off events at several retail locations in five neighborhoods, to the new Lebowski Bowling with Lagunitas at the Lakewood Lizard, plus the return of Culture Yourself and Ales on Rails and of course Brewzilla…you are sure to find something fun to suit your beer-loving palate.

This year I have two tickets to give away to each of the flagship events! (Disclosure: I’m also receiving media passes to Beer Weekpromote the events.) You, lucky reader, will have a chance to win tickets to your choice of the Collaboration Kick-Offs, Culture Yourself 6-8 p.m. session, Ales on Rails, and BREWzilla general admission. ย I’ll draw a winner once a week between now and then, announcing winners at noon on Sept. 20, 27, Oct. 4 and 11th! (Giving out the tickets in the order listed in this paragraph.)

To enter, please post a comment on this blog post noting the Cleveland Beer Week events you are most excited about attending this year. Get an additional entry by tweeting “I want to win tickets to Cleveland Beer Week from @BrewersDaughter!” with a link back to this post.

For additional information, to see the full events calendar, or to purchase tickets to flagship events, visit
www.clevelandbeerweek.org.

Hope to see you during the best week of the year in Northeast Ohio! Cheers!
