It’s a little last minute, but sometimes these things just work out that way. I have two tickets to give away to this weekend’s Spring Fabulous Food Show at the I-X Center. Just post a comment on this blog entry telling me your favorite thing to grill–and I’ll draw a random winner TODAY at 4 p.m.! Personally, I like the beer drinking part that goes along with the grilling.
The tickets will be emailed to you.
The timing is great as the grilling season gets underway in the CLE. The best celebrity grillers in the business will be sharing their tips, including Chefs Bobby Flay, Emeril Lagasse and the “Barbecue Bible” grilling authority Steven Raichlen!
If you don’t happen to win the tickets, I’ve got a promo code for you. You’ll get $7 off admission courtesy of Weber Grills, the Official Grill Sponsor of the Food Show. The promo code is WEBER7. Use that when you check out here: http://www.fabulousfoodshow.com/tickets.aspx General admission is $25 in advance and $30 at the door. Happy grilling!

Love me some good kabobs!! thanks for the giveaway opportunity!
Cant beat Certified Angus strip steaks and zucchini! Thanks for the giveaway!!
It used to be chicken, but ever since this pregnancy began, I can’t even look at chicken! So ribs and steak…. YUMMMM! And yay for this giveaway! I forgot they were doing a spring food show! My (new) hubby & I have been going to the fall one every year as tradition! & this year we will have a new baby so that won’t really be an option.
So hard to choose, but I’d have to say the “Ultimate Steak” from Bon Appetit is my all-time favorite. A T-bone rubbed with ground bay leaves, chipotle, cumin and paprika, then grilled to medium rare. It’s served on grilled ciabatta bread with fresh thyme and Gorgonzola cheese.
Zucchini! Sprinkled with grated parm as soon as it comes off the grill. Yum! Thank you for the chance to win!
Burgers!
Ramps and asparagus!
I like to braise some ribs in beer for about 3 hours, before taking them out of the foil to finish over the cooling embers with some sauce on ‘em
Congratulations, Chris, you’re my winner! Look for the tickets in the email you provided! Cheers~
Is there anything better to grill than a thick, juicy bone-in Ribeye simply seasoned with kosher salt and crushed pepper? Throw on some asparagus and corn-on-the-cob, crack open a beer and there you have it, the ultimate dinner! Thanks for the opportunity!
I love to grill vegetables of all sorts! Eggplant and squash are my favorite.
Locally made bratwursts and peppers!
Burgers, plain and simple!
The question is what don’t I like to grill?? Right now I’d have to say my favorite thing to do on the grill is PIZZA!
burgers, hot dogs and corn-on-the cob!
Congratulations to Chris!
As of now, my favorite thing to grill has to be turkey ribs!!
